Fimak Multideck Ovens have four decks. The ovens are equipped with particularly designed circulation systems and stone covered bases. Through special circulations system, an even distribution of heat in all decks is secured, as well as the quality of baking under a stil baking atmosphere. Vapor supply system enables us to bake different products in each deck. Three types of baking are offered, being 10m2, 15m2 and 18m2 in successive order. It can be operated also with such fuels as diesel-oil, fuel-oil, LPG and Natural Gas, changing the bolwer accordingly.
